Due to the global pandemic and overwhelmed postal services, we have been experiencing an influx of lost and returned international packages. We encourage you to purchase Route Package Protection with your order, follow your shipment closely, and file a claim if your package does not appear to be moving for more than 20 days. All issues must be reported within 30 days of the ship date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We apologize for this inconvenience.

General Shipping Info:
We use USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for all domestic orders.
For international orders, we use DHL, USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International. UPS Standard is also available if you are in Canada or Mexico. Please note that duties and taxes vary from country to country and it is the responsibility of the customer to research these fees and pay them at the time of receipt.
International Timelines, Restrictions, and Recommendations:
USPS International orders usually take anywhere from two to six weeks, depending on the country and time of year, shipping service selected and customs processes. USPS is currently experiencing service disruptions and delays due to Covid which could add even more time to the aforementioned estimate.
These service disruptions change often and may not be reflected in the options shown to you at the time of check out. Please check their current service disruptions to see if your country is on the list.
If USPS is selected at checkout but your country is on this list at the time of shipment, we will choose the next best option and invoice you for any difference in cost.
USPS International Service Disruptions
While DHL is the quickest option for international orders, it is not available for all countries (DHL will not ship to residential addresses in Russia). In the past, it would take 1-3 business days for your order to arrive but due to the ongoing global pandemic, DHL is currently experiencing severe delays (since they are sometimes the only courier to certain countries).DHL Covid Updates
If you are in Canada or Mexico, UPS may be an available option at checkout. Typically, UPS takes 3-10 business days but may also be currently experiencing delays.UPS Service Delays
We highly recommend selecting Route Shipping Insurance at checkout if you are placing an international order. This insurance will protect you in the event that your package is lost in transit. Due to covid-related delays and the holiday season, this has, unfortunately, become more frequent.

We do our best to provide you with the most reliable and economical shipping options, but due to the ongoing global pandemic, our carriers continue to charge increasingly higher rates. This is, unfortunately, out of our control.
The estimated shipping cost is calculated during checkout. You will have the option to view shipping costs before completing your order. The prices shown are the carrier's shipping fee plus a possible handling charge, no greater than $2 USD. At the moment, we do not accommodate expedited shipping on orders.
We ship orders out daily with the exception of some holidays. Typically, all orders placed on weekdays by 11 AM PT will ship out the next business day unless we are overwhelmed by a special release or sale.
Any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order item is available. A timed-edition print is a made-to-order item and will usually require a minimum processing time of two weeks. Please check the product description for a more accurate estimate.
